New Websocket APIs not connecting - Established connections not impacted

Resolved

We have identified an issue that was blocking user from newly connecting their WebSocket APIs. The issue persisted from 1:52UTC until 1:58UTC. Users that were connected already were not impacted by this issue.

A fix has already been implemented and the WebSocket API is working as expected.

We remind our customers that all funds were safe at all times, and we apologise for any inconvenience.
