Identified - We’re aware of an issue impacting some users accessing BitMEX via our web frontend. This is related to a change made earlier today, and we are completing the rollback of the aspects of this change which are adversely impacting some users. A further update will be provided ASAP. All user funds are safe, and trading on the BitMEX platform is not otherwise affected.

Identified - We have identified an issue affecting web users attempting to access bitmex.com/app on iOS 15 devices such as iPhone and iPad. These users are being improperly rate limited due to an apparent bug introduced by Apple in the update. We're implementing a fix to address the issue and will share an update soon. All other services are working as normal.

Resolved - The TradingView chart was rendered not visible for some users due to a production change we made at 06:53 UTC. We ask users who are experiencing this issue to clear their cache, after which the chart will display as normal.
