We have a scheduled update to our funds system which will impact all deposits and withdrawals for up to an hour commencing at 0600 UTC on Thursday 9th October. This is a standard upgrade and we remind our customers that all funds are safe and we apologise for any inconvenience.

Any deposits made during this time may not show as credited to your account until this upgrade is completed. Withdrawals will also not be processed during the scheduled downtime and will be completed once the upgrade has been finalised.
