We have implemented a fix for this issue and are now processing all deposits and withdrawal instructions received since 05:40 UTC.
As we are working through a backlog, new deposits & withdrawal requests may be slightly delayed, too.
We will continue to monitor the issue and we remind our users that all funds have remained safe at all times.
We have identified an issue that is impacting the deposit and withdrawal of non-BTC deposits.
All deposits and withdrawals of non-Bitcoin assets experience a delay in crediting of accounts and a delay in withdrawals, too. We are working on implementing a fix and will publish updates as necessary.
We remind our users that all funds are safe and we apologise for any inconvenience.
