We’ve resolved an issue that affected some REST API endpoints, charts on the website, and some GET requests to the API between 10:47 UTC and 11:10 UTC. At no point was the trading engine, nor trading requests via the website or API, affected. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

REST API endpoints, charts on the website, and GET requests to the API are now operating as normal, although we are continuing to monitor this issue. At no point has the trading engine, nor trading requests via the website or API, been affected. We will provide a further update on final resolution of this issue.

We are aware of an issue affecting some REST API endpoints, which is also impacting the charts on the website and some GET requests to the API. Neither the trading engine nor trading requests via the website or API are impacted and all client funds remain safe. We’re investigating this and will provide a further update as soon as possible.
