The period of scheduled maintenance for the Mainnet upgrade has been extended. We will provide an update shortly on the revised timeline. As communicated earlier, from the halt of trading until continuous trading resumes there will be no Mark Price updates and hence no liquidations. We will provide further updates on an ongoing basis to ensure users are informed of our progress.

Please note that the previously announced platform downtime originally scheduled for 29 July has been postponed to 12 August at 02:15 UTC.
Starting at 02:15 UTC on 12 August 2021, we will temporarily halt trading in our production (Mainnet) environment to facilitate a major upgrade to our operating system. From this time, any order actions will be rejected. Deposits made will be queued for processing.
The system will be online again in cancel-only mode from approximately 03:10 UTC. Order cancel requests and deposits will be processed normally. Continuous trading will recommence from approximately 03:15 UTC.
From the halt of trading until continuous trading resumes, there will be no Mark Price updates and hence no liquidations.
We will notify users on this Status Page and our Telegram Channel (https://t.me/BitMEX_Announcements) once the maintenance is complete.
