Increased latency for non trading related REST API requests

From 06:02 UTC til 06:12 UTC, some REST API query (HTTP GET) endpoints experienced increased response latency up to tens of seconds. Order management requests to the trading engine were not affected. We have identified the root cause and are putting in place additional control mechanisms to prevent a recurrence. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
