Client Notifications Are Not Working (incl. Emails)

This incident has been resolved, and all our systems are now functioning as usual.

In case you had missed a notification email, such as a withdrawal confirmation, your confirmation email could have expired. In such a case, please re-initiate the withdrawal request, and it will be processed as per the regular process flow.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we remind our users that all funds have remained safe at all times.

Update
Our team is now implementing a fix for this issue. As a result, users may receive a bulk send of notifications that have been pending since the beginning of the issue (approx 04:45 UTC).

We have identified an issue that is affecting all client email notification, e.g. deposit or withdrawal confirmation emails and others.

We are working on implementing a fix and will publish updates as necessary.
