Temporary Withdrawal Rejection Issue

Resolved

We have resolved a temporary error whereby between 03:50 UTC and 04:20 UTC, a small number of withdrawal requests were inadvertently rejected. The underlying issue, which related to an engine release, was solved promptly and all withdrawal requests are being processed normally.

If you tried requesting a withdrawal and have not yet retried, please do so now.
