We have identified an issue that is preventing emails such as password reset or withdrawal confirmations from being sent out. As a consequence users may not be able to perform the desired operation as expected.
In addition selected UI services such as The Tie News Feed are unavailable too.
We are working on implementing a fix and will publish updates as necessary.
