We have now resolved the issue in which some users could not access the bitmex.com/earn homepage. All BitMEX functions are operating as normal. We apologise for the inconvenience caused - please reach out to Support if you have any additional queries.

We are aware of an issue some users are experiencing accessing the bitmex.com/earn webpage. We are working on a fix and will share an update soon. All other services on BitMEX remain normal.
