The slow load times were caused by a third-party service provider and were limited to users accessing our services through them. The issue has been resolved by the provider, and both connectivity and load times for our trading site have returned to normal across all regions.
We will continue to monitor the issue and we remind our users that all funds have remained safe at all times.
We have received user reports of slow load time and connectivity issues when accessing the BitMEX trading site from certain regions.
Our team is investigating the root cause and working on implementing a fix. We will publish updates as necessary. In the meantime, we recommend that users experiencing these issues try refreshing the page as a temporary workaround.
