Notification emails delayed
Incident Report for BitMEX
We identified an issue at 17:30 UTC that was preventing user emails being sent. This included login notifications, liquidation notifications, deposit confirmations, password change notification and withdrawal confirmation emails. As a result most withdrawals were held in a queue pending user confirmations which were not being sent. We have implemented a fix for this issue at 20:15 UTC and the email service is now working as usual. We will continue to monitor the issue and we remind our users that all funds have remained safe at all times. If you experience any further issues, please contact Support.
