BitMEX systems were the victim of a DDoS that disrupted new connectivity for some users. Existing sessions, including websockets and trading, remained operational for the majority of users. BitMEX identified the traffic at about 13:12 UTC and cut the traffic by 13:28 UTC. During this time, error rates were elevated. All systems are now fully operational.
