The TradingView chart was rendered not visible for some users due to a production change we made at 06:53 UTC. We ask users who are experiencing this issue to clear their cache, after which the chart will display as normal.
If you are logged in, go to bitmex.com/app/preferences and click on the clear button next to 'chart storage.'
If you are not logged in, please see the below instructions:
For Chrome: Go to the three-dot menu at the upper right of Chrome to select More tools > Clear browsing data > Select cookies and other site data
For Safari: Click History > Clear History
