TradingView Chart Display Issue
Incident Report for BitMEX
The TradingView chart was rendered not visible for some users due to a production change we made at 06:53 UTC. We ask users who are experiencing this issue to clear their cache, after which the chart will display as normal.

If you are logged in, go to and click on the clear button next to 'chart storage.'

If you are not logged in, please see the below instructions:

For Chrome:
Go to the three-dot menu at the upper right of Chrome to select More tools > Clear browsing data > Select cookies and other site data

For Safari:
Click History > Clear History
